John, yes I figured that out pretty quickly!
Bumper is installed. Happy to report that I still can open the beer fridge! Attach file: Screenshot_20230807_163007_Gallery.jpg (184.07 KB) Screenshot_20230807_163029_Gallery.jpg (178.67 KB) Screenshot_20230807_163102_Gallery.jpg (150.53 KB)

Kev, looks great! Wondering how it drives with satisfactory throttle linkage?

Haven't driven it yet with the new setup, but just reving it in the garage it had way better throttle action.
I'll get my test driver out with the car in the next day or so!

When I filled the tank on the '37 this weekend, I noticed the gas gauge was reading 3/4 when it was indeed full.
When I tested the gauge and sender out of the car, it swept the gauge E thru F as expected. So now I believe that the '37 actually has a 120 20gal tank installed vs the 115 17gal tank. I believe the 120 tank is deeper than the 115 tank. So that would explain the reading 1/4 tank low. I'm pretty sure they used two different senders. Can someone with a 120 (any model) measure the outside depth of the tank for me? I want to compare it to what I have and see what tank I actually have installed. Thanks!

For what it's worth, mine is 35 inches left to right, 20 inches front to back, and 6 inches deep.
This is a bit of a guess with all the rounded edges but it gives you an idea. BTW, I did not know to put the bumper arms on each side of the frame horn, they now fit SO much better! Thanks! Bob J.

I agree with Bob J...a little hard to measure due to the curved edges. I came up with very similar numbers, but would have guessed 36 x 21 x 6.

Bob/Don thanks for the measurements!
Bob, yes, the rear bumper irons should also be the same. The rears make that evident as one of the irons is slightly offset towards the end. The front irons didn't appear to have that same offset, so not obvious. On my fronts, the left side had enough gap for easy installation. The right side had no gap. So I had to use a pry bar to separate them and then jam a small washer in along the bottom edge to keep them separated temporarily. Then when I pushed it in over the frame, it pushed the washer out.
