The 41 120, he probably paid 25k for it 30 years ago, put 20k into it, and is adjusting for inflation...

Those estate sale cars look quite nice and good for the money.

The 40 110, I wouldn't pay 25k for something that far off, but it really don't even look half bad.

1955 Caribbean. Just found on Craigslist in Oregon. Long term indoor storage. Looks like a solid, original car which has had some restoration work done. Needs top and interior work. Seller asking $35K. Has other non-Packard cars for sale:

The two estate cars look great. Maybe a bit on the pricey side, but doesn't look like much needs to be done to either one.

The '36 120 is gorgeous. But pricey.

The '41 120? I'll never understand how people can expect to sell a car for good money (especially what he's asking) with such terrible pictures. Turn the phone sideways and capture the whole car. And if you're asking that kind of money you better show EVERYTHING....every angle of the engine bay, interior, trunk, the entire underside of the car, floor pans, and close ups of every piece of trim. In good lighting.

Thought the exact same thing as soon as I clicked on that one!

This "factory show car" 1952 Patrican is interesting. I wonder if anyone can confirm the lineage, as it supposedly came through Creative Industries.

I question the green motor color.

That's probably the most beautiful 52 I've seen

That car was owned by the Kamters at one time. Maybe this is a dealer who's liquidating their collection? There is an article in one of the old issues of the PAC/Packard Club publications that does a short article on this car. Leeedy would know much more about this car since it has Creative Industries heritage.

What a gorgeous 1952! I can't say that I care much for the shag carpet but other than that it is beautiful. Of special note is the leather-covered dash.

Here are three photos of the Patrician, one at Packard in 1952, one at the 1952 Chicago show, and one that I took in 1998.

The article about this car was in The Packard Cormorant #6, Spring 1977.

That is Kanter's "furry Patrican". I have seen it many times at their store in NJ. I believe it's one of many cars they are selling.
