I need the chrome piece of the rt rear quarter panel. I have looked everywhere and since it's specific to the '54 it's hard to find.

Are you referring to the long belt line molding strip along the rear quarter?

I would check with Ross Miller or Gerry (Packard Southwest). Those long trim pieces usually end stacked in 55 gal drums waiting for that one customer every 5 years that comes along.
