I believe that pile of parts with a Clipper body consumed a Junior, not Senior

Three really nice prewar Packards just listed on FB Marketplace today:

1930 726 Sedan. Fully restored with nice paint, chrome and interior. Video shows car running and driving. Dual side mounts with disc wheels and wide whites. Has Goddess hood ornament and luggage rack. Asking $25K. Ohio:

1941 110 Sedan. Excellent older restoration in an attractive shade of green. Very clean looking car. Runs and drives but needs brake work. Asking $8,500. Pennsylvania:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/8896167163 ... 95b0738-a809-4b3c-a159-309bd0d12a43

1936 Senior Eight Sedan. Not sure of model. Appears to be an older restoration which has been in storage for many years. Currently in a cramped garage covered in dust with stuff piled on and around the car. See a lot of moth damage to the interior, particularly the headliner. Not running and probably hasn't in decades. Son of owner is selling and is looking for offers on his dad's Packard. No price listed. Wisconsin:

1956 Clipper Custom 4 door up for auction. October 14th, located in Jacksonville IL. Looks like a nice original survivor. Attractive two tone green and white. Interior looks pretty nice, as does the engine bay. I don't see this model come up very often. For the right price this would be a good car for someone to jump into and have an easy driver.

That is a bit of a strange one: factory air but no radio or pushbutton shift.

I agree. Must have been a special order. Can't imagine a dealer spec'ing a car this way.

A few in the Pacific Northwest

1951 Patrician - $3,500. Parts car or project. Actually doesn't look like a terrible starting place, but will need everything. Not a terrible price for a parts car with all components there (from what I can see). Might be able to talk them down.

1949 Deluxe Touring Sedan - $2,950. Car appears solid, body mostly straight apart from a small dent on the passenger front. Motor is free. Interior has water damage and headliner is shot, but the dash, steering wheel, and rear seat are surprisingly good. Door cards might be able to clean up some as well. This one is not far from me and would make a fun project. Maybe not the most desirable of models, but the price and the fact that it's not far from me are tempting.

1948 Standard Eight Touring Sedan - $2,000. Even better price for this one. Project car in similar condition. Can't tell if the color is original. Apparently the '48's had painted bumpers. I kind of like it.

1953 Clipper Sedan - $5,000. Project car. Faded Polaris Blue on the outside, could probably be brought back to a good color and shine. Interior doesn't appear too bad and could probably be cleaned up too. States motor runs. Everything else needs to be done. Not a bad project start. Maybe a little overpriced.

Here are a few more recent Packard postings from FB Marketplace that I spotted this morning.

1956 400. Stunning car in what appears to be Dover White over Holland Blue Metallic (Scheme MF). Very well-preserved original interior. Ad states only 45K original miles. Has push button Ultramatic and wire wheels with wide whites. At the asking price of just $20K, I think this one is an absolute steal. Car runs excellent and everything works. Langhorne, PA:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/5389106318 ... picks&referral_story_type=top_picks

1955 Clipper Deluxe Sedan. Rough unrestored, but body looks relatively solid. Engine runs. Asking $2,000. Houston Texas:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/3757642454 ... picks&referral_story_type=top_picks

1929 Sedan. Not sure of model. Abandoned restoration, has apparently been sitting in storage for years. Body, paint and mechanical work appear to have been done and look quite good. Interior work and assembly needed. Has dual side mounts with disc wheels. Tires are flat so car has not moved in a long time. Seller asking $8,500. Jamestown, NY:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1479102776 ... 4186773-a47f-42ad-b6fd-dcc0a502c972

1929 Sedan. Think it is a Model 626. Old amateur resto. Car runs and drives and generally looks pretty decent. Red with black fenders. Disc wheels. Seller asking $15K. Washington, D.C.:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1056444112 ... 4186773-a47f-42ad-b6fd-dcc0a502c972

1940 110 Touring Sedan. Abandoned restoration project. Looks like someone started on the bodywork and gave up. Not much has been done. But does look like a pretty decent project. Have seen much worse than this one, including my first Packard which was the same year and model. Asking $5,000. I paid $3K for mine in 1980 and it was probably worse than this one. Michigan:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/8505397372 ... 4186773-a47f-42ad-b6fd-dcc0a502c972

1955 Patrician. Older, somewhat deteriorated restoration. Car runs but needs unspecified mechanical work. See a lot of cracking in the paint and interior has been redone in an incorrect pattern with modern materials. But looks decent overall for a driver. Seller asking $18k which is probably on the high side for one in this condition. Colorado Springs, CO:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/4560528874 ... 49144d4-e8ee-4570-9186-dfbd3fd23914

1955 Clipper Super Sedan. Running car with a faux patinaed exterior and a wildly non-authentic interior in shocking pink. Somebody was trying to make a statement with this one. It has "It's All Pink Inside" painted on the rear trunk lid which I think is some kind of a crude innuendo. Thought you would all be amused by this posting. Seller asking an ambitious $18,500. Lake Wales, FL:

The 1955 is the same one from eBay where the owner thinks it’s a 1956 and it’s apparently titled that way.

Couple recent FB postings of interest:

1941 Super Eight 160 Coupe. Car has been in storage for over 40 years. Body very straight, but interior is trashed. Not running but looks like a worthy project. Has dual mounts. Asking $7,500. Oklahoma City, OK:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1574353966 ... d5eff91-51fb-465e-8ab2-bcc4667a4155

1947 Clipper LWB sedan. Needs full restoration. Looks complete. Asking $3K. Springfield, MO:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1703472010 ... d5eff91-51fb-465e-8ab2-bcc4667a4155

1958 Station Wagon. Can't get much rarer than this one with only 159 produced. Needs full resto, but do not see any rust on the body. Think this one has been advertised before, but it's back. Asking $8,500. Connecticut:

facebook.com/marketplace/item/1222998148 ... 3373e67-59ab-4646-8f9a-fe834f3c8d26

1951 200 Deluxe Sedan. Very nice driver quality car. Exterior looks great. Seats were redone, though pattern does not look correct, and it needs a headliner. But ad states car was originally from Oregon and was successfully driven cross country to New Hampshire about six years ago. That must have been quite a trip. Asking $6,500. New Hampshire:
