I would message Parker at Parker's Packards. He would know.
From talking to him a block on its own is next to worthless. Not so much a question of price as much as that no one would really want one. The half built one may have some value but why these engines are so expensive is the machine shop costs, expertise, and time that it takes to rebuild one. The parts alone aren't too interesting unless you happen to have something rare.

The bottom image in your 1st post is a dash cover for a Model A Ford. In its present condition it is not of much value I am sorry to say. It may be better to remove the speedometer from the housing and post it on a Ford Forum for maximum chance of sale.
I have attached an image of mine for reference, yours is the deluxe version though as you have the centre socket for the dash light and the trip meter! Look on a site such as Mike's-A-Fordable Model A to see what the current price is on a reproduction speedo and decide from there what you want for it. The keyed ignition switch is another part I would list separately on the Ford site as many have lost the keys over the years. Good luck! Bob J
