The plastic ones are quite nice as you can SEE when they are dirty.
I would suggest simply buying another.

What brand and micron number should I be considering. I like the ones you can see through also.

Same as you already have: NAPA SFI 23002. Cellulose media. $5.39
If yours clean, why change it?

Thanks for the info, I had a problem with the fuel flow and figured I'd change it out for the new season.
