Is there a chassis number stamp on '36 1402's and if so where is it?

I can't say for sure on a Packard of that era but typically Packards did not have chassis numbers stamped on them.

Glad it was helpful. Just keep in mind that, as with many things Packard, there can be exceptions.

Many of the Senior 1936, 14th Series had a brass dataplate on the right side firewall.
The model# designation on trhe dataplate began “14th” then body and sequence.#. I’ve had calls from people thinking the dataplate was not original because of the “14th” stamoing. Seems like the senior sequence numbers began with “101”.
