Here is a photo of a 39 120 4 door sedan's light switch. Your 41 is very similar or identical, if I'm remembering my 41 110 correctly. It's mounted just behind the passengers head, between the doors. Hopefully the wires are behind the upholstery.

Reading the posts I first thought my memory was a bit fuzzy, then I see that it was Packard who was fuzzy on the location of the switch. Vases were not in any Packard Approved Accessory brochure 35-up, don;t know when they were in earlier if at all.

I think you're missing the oval escuteon plate that fits over your switch.

I have a few accessory catalogs from 1929-1938 or so. I thought I had seen vases in one of them. I was incorrect. Possibly earlier, though.
