Not so, take a closer look, it's a 23rd Series (tail light pods and single side trim) and there was no club sedan in the 23rd Series Custom 8 line. It's a Super DeLuxe (327 engine) which was kind of a hybrid model introduced in the 23rd series; egg-crate grille and other similarities but priced less than the Custom 8 and less-well appointed of course.

How close is that paint job to original "50th Anniversary" gold? It looks very good. The four-door layout is different for a drag car, but it kind of fits with the Flintstone motif. The hood ornament is fantastic! How many modified dragsters do you see with a hood ornament? I bet this thing hooked up really good.
