Yeah it was a strange tear down. The top half looked brand new. Zero wear on the shafts and drums. The bands still have the writing on them and the clutch disks look new but, old cork style. Bottom end fried. Looks as if someone threw some upper guts in and left it.

Car is supposed to be going to Jackson berret when the tranny is done

picked up a running driving 1928 Studebaker Dictator today and my partner has this thing for Cadillac's. Today he picked up 41,47, and a 41 limo.

1919 Big Six is the next one on the lift for disassembly, 2017 season is coming quick.
