I found 2 old Packards today, 1 of them says on the plate on the firewall: 1037-220
Which means it's a 1937 1507 Coupe
The vehicle doesn't have a drivetrain anymore, but I've been looking pictures of 1937 1507 coupes and I can't find a single picture that looks like the vehicle I found, maybe somebody can help me out.

It's one of the more uncommon body styles, a coupe for 5 passengers. Photo below is of the same body style but mounted on a 37 Super Eight chassis. Based on the vehicle number you provided, the one you pictured would be the 20th Twelve body type 1037 produced; how many more there were is unknown but not many, quite a rare car, I might even say an extremely rare car.

Correct. In addition to the vehicle number, confirmation that it was a Twelve is given by the remaining exhaust manifold header and the radiator overflow tank on the frame rail. Any chance you could get the large embossed number on the cowl for my research into these numbers? It appears to be 356221 from your photo but a confirmation would be nice.

I enlarged the photo and the embossed number appears to be 386291.

It might be extremely rare, but its also extremely rough, and needs lots of work before its roadworthy again! Like I said in my very first post here: I love the 1507 coupes, didn't realize I would find 1 in my backyard this soon

I just need to find 2 more of these cars to make 1

Just to add a bit of info on the rarity of this vehicle, The Packard Club Directory for 2011-2012 does not list a single 1507-1037 among it's membership. There is a 1936 version (1407 - 937, also a Twelve) on eBay at the moment, asking price $179,900.

I'll throw my lot in with O_D's 356221. Any other guesses?

I tried enlarging/enhancing it but agree with O_D's 356221. It would have been nice if Packard had just gone with a different, easy to read, less ambiguous font for the stamping.
