My father in law has given me the car but he does not know the model # on the car. Here are some things- it is a roadster, golf bag doors, rumble seat. I am thinking it is a 443 but it has a 6 cylinder engine and he says it has never been changed. All info I see is 443's have 8 cylinders? I am looking for a gas tank also --do you know where I might go to get one?
Thx L.V. Tennison Odessa, TX

All 443 are Eights. Yours is either a 526 or 533. Can you post photos? There should be a brass i.d. tag on the engine side of the firewall with some stamped numbers.

I'll look for a tank tomorrow.
