What is the logo or company mark on your V-8 glass? This includes windshield, side glass including vent wings and rear glass??

Owen Dyneto wrote - my windshield and front vent wings have been reglassed but I checked the rear quarter windows ont he car and two I have in the cellar, they are all marked "Solex Duolite", as was the original windshield.

The glass in my 400 reads SOLEX Duolite on the windshield and the two quarter windows. The side windows and right vent wing read E-Z-EYE LOF. The left vent wing reads the same but it was cut out of the broken right door glass. That glass was replaced by a piece still in the Packard box and it had E-Z-EYE LOF as the logo. The rear glass has been replaced and it reads E-Z-EYE LOF. Did Packard use two providers as they did with most things? Let us know your glass manufacturer.

About the only thing I can add to this is that Libby-Owens-Ford was a maker of all varieties of glass products at least back to the 40s, perhaps earlier and they certainly were in the automotive glass business in the 50s.
