These are the numbers on drivers side rear of block.K218221 ptv: I'm going to say a 288 ptv: I think K4 would be a 327 Jason: It has 327 cast on top of head Jason: I've heard some heads have 327 and 288 cast on top but this one does not have 288 cast on it" Checking the Packard Engine Serial Number Reference, available for free download here on Site, K218221 is a '52, 5 main bearing, solid lifter, 288.
