Steve that's not a club coupe I think. The club coupe didn't show up till 1938 or 1939 I think. It's a 5 passenger coupe. It looks like a nice car on the little pictures to bad there are not more pictures especially the engine.

Hi

Did anyone attend this auction, we'd like a report.

Better, if you bought the Packard, tell us about it.

The body style is called a Victoria, basically a 5 pass coupe. Not to be confused with the Convertible Victoria or Victoria Convertible

But Packard didn't call it a Victoria, they called it a 5 passenger coupe.

Beat me too it, BDC. And besides using the generic term of "Victoria" for that body is incomplete, it should be "coupe Victoria" to distinguish it from a "convertible Victoria". But car makers, coachbuilders, advertising copy writers, etc. took all kinds of liberties and still do -- I'm sure you can recall a Volkswagon 4-door sedan of a few years back named the "Phaeton"!

Packard wasn't known for nothing as Master Motor Builders, obviously one of their technological masterpieces.
