'58 Packard Hawk for sale at Bring-a-Trailer

This one is definitely a project but it is a very salvageable car:
bringatrailer.com/listing/1958-packard-hawk-5/ This question has arisen in the comments at the listing on B-a-T: "How many of the original 588 built survive?" The seller thinks the number is around 50. Mal only has 5 registered in his registry at PI. Can anyone "in the audience" point us to where we might find the number?

I'm encouraging the man in Sacramento who owns the white '58 Packard Hawk to register it here. He has his Hawk listed at Studebaker Drivers Club.
Photos of it here: 56packardman.com/2019/10/01/gear-head-tuesday-studebakers-at-mcclellan-park/ The mylar on the fins shows silver in these photos but it is the correct gold. The silver appearance is a function of the available light and some fading - it is an older restoration.
