So far no one can answer my question. What did Packard Use as a Fender Welt,
and Hood Lacing When my 1921 Packard was originally Built.

Hood Lacing is easy. Go to Max Merritt or Kanter or restoration stuff.

RestorationStuff.com also has the rivets you will need.
