I don't know if you are the same poster who asked a few months ago about finding the same switch but if so and still have not found anything what about making a mounting plate to adapt a modern switch until one is found. It looks to be in a fairly hidden location so the look of the different switch should not be too big a detriment. Wiring diagram shows it would appear to be a normally off momentary on switch placed in parallel with the brake light switch so either will operate the brake lights.
If that is correct then it appears the housing and plunger end which goes inside the trans is present on your car and unless there is something I am missing it would seem to be a fairly simple matter to fabricate a metal or phenolic plate that would fit the inner diameter of the switch housing and could be inserted and held in place by the bent over prongs. Drill a hole in the plate to accept the threaded housing of a modern switch and either thread the hole for the switch threads and screw the switch in or out to get the proper depth or if room, make the hole slightly larger and use the two nuts to adjust the modern switch in or out to activate when the trans is in reverse and plunger is depressed. Not knowing the amount of travel the plunger in the trans makes when shifted into reverse it would be a matter of trial and error to get the adjustment correct but with the proper plate that should not be too big a deal. Here are a couple of heavy duty switches that could work and there are many others of a similar type and configuration that should also be a possibility.

You can expand your search considerably, the same switch was used from 1934 forward on the senior Eights, Super Eights and Twelves. P/N 215371. Have you tried the usual major vendors, Max, Kanter, Stolzfus, Patrician Industries, etc? Not much demand for them as they are so easily serviced/repaired.

Looks like what is used on the earlier cars as well. Maybe the housing is different, but the switch looks the same.
