That's not necessary. Other folks can weigh in here better than me, but you definitely don't need an arbor press. Remember these seals were/are replaced in-the-car regularly, even (and especially) "back in the day". You basically just need to "roll it" with a socket or something before you install the crank.
Here's a video, I did something very similar to this: Installing a Rope Rear Main Seal. I am sure someone else on this forum has even better instructions/suggestions than this.

Yes, I have rolled mine in to. Remember too assembling the rear main will cause some further seating so let it sit for a day afterward before you worry about spinning the crank, it will feel quite tight until it nests in.

Hello, I am currently trying to rebuild the oil pump now. Can’t figure out how to get the driven gear out. It seems you should be able to just hammer out a little pin (pictured) but I’ve been hammering on it with a center punch and it hasn’t budged from either side. Is there something else I am supposed to do or does anyone have any tips on getting this pin out?

I can't speak to that particular pump but often such pins are tapered so they only insert and remove from a specific direction. And possibly the ends have been peened?

Yes, it seems that one of the ends was peened so I was eventually able to push it out from the other side. Now the trouble is I am having trouble pulling the gear that the camshaft drives off. Is this press fit?

Hello, I have Finally been able to start re-assembly of my block. I am currently having an issue with the timing chain. In the shop manual it says I should line up the two "O" marks through the sprockets, the problem is the camshaft sprocket isn't marked right under a sprocket is instead marked between two; Should I line up with the marking or the sprocket above or below it?

Appears the stampings are not that precise in photos-- maybe due to camera angle or maybe just a bit of tolerance when marking. Two views of aligning sprockets from different manuals -- both are describing the same engine. Both show the mark between the teeth on the cam side yet you could argue the crank side has the mark on the tooth on one and between on the other.
Idea is to get them in as straight line as possible before installing the chain because once the chain grabs it will actually dictate precisely where they fall and they should still be more or less straight. One of them ending off by several degrees or a full tooth off is what to avoid. After the chain works in and stretches a bit there will be a tiny amount of play anyway.
