My thought that with clear plastic seat covers, you would still be able to display the original upholstery. For comfort, you could always put a blanket over the seat which could be removed at car shows.

You might look at some outdoor furniture covering material (e.g. Sunbrella) for seat covers. This stuff should breathe and be comfortable in hot and cold weather. Plus, some of the designs are similar to what was used in seat cover material when your 120C Convertible Coupe was new. Just a suggestion...

Thank you, your advice is noted and appreciated. As far as a trade I already have a trailer queen but it's always nice to hear that someone besides me enjoys my car. But I think the seats are too torn up not to have new leather ones done by an incredible upholsterer in Sarasota.

Wow. This has to be one of the most beautiful Junior series Packard convertibles I've ever seen. Love the artillery wheels and dual mounts. The car is just stunning. Wish I could find one like this!

Both very nice cars!!

Can you post a picture of the messed up seats?

If it's just a couple tears you maybe can put a patch behind it.

If it's all worn out it wouldn't hurt the value to get it redone.

'55 400. Needs aesthetic parts put back on, and electrical system sorted.
'55 Clipper Deluxe. Engine is stuck-ish.

I think your color is wonderful, I have a 1937 in its original condition, black. If you need photos, get in touch.
Please leave your car original.

Greetings Mike

I'll be in Boca next weekend.

I dare you to meet me in Naples ('bout halfway) Friday afternoon for a late lunch. I'll buy. I'd really love to see the gray car.

I double dare you to bring a both cars, (let a friend drive one!) And I'll buy lunch and your fuel.

I'll be driving my black 120B Conv. like yours, would be great story, pictures, etc.

I think that is a great invitation and I thank you very much, first I don't let anybody else drive my cars and I only trailer them if I was to take them on I-75. When do you plan on being in Naples other than Friday, I was going to take the Bentley to the dealership down there to have service. Again, thank you for the invitation.
