That bumper appears to be the same as used on my 1934 Eight. I got mine from Lynn Steele many years ago, you could check his listing to see if they are the same and still available.
PS - checked my old Steele catalog. The hood rest bumpers for 1934 do resemble yours, part #30-0150-42, but are listed for 1934 only. There are some dimensions given in the catalog so perhaps you could determine how close a fit they might be. That catalog (2009) does not list a hood rest bumper for 1932 models.
