Can anyone recommend a company that offer replacement parts? I have a 1953 Deluxe with 42,000 miles.

Kanter Auto, Max Merritt, Tucson Packards are the primary vendors who have NOS Packard parts and some repros or used items. All have websites. Packards Southwest has a lot of used items as does Seattle Packards and a couple of other vendors. Those firms and Joel Ray sell a lot thru ebay. I believe Joel is still part of Patrician Industries so also has some NOS. Most of those companies and some others are in the directory you can access from the link in the left menu but some vendors that are listed specialize in earlier years. If there is something specific you have in mind perhaps someone on the forum will have it or we can direct you to one of the vendors who would most likely have a specific item for a 53. Mechanical items are usually not too much a problem but if it is a trim or accessory item you are looking for then that might be another story.
