When you plan a complicated project, I heard it's best to put everything together in your mind, envision the end state so you know where your project is going. That's what I think Turbopackman is doing.

BigKev, are those 4-point PackardInfo seatbelts available in the store?

I'm wondering if the equipment as shown qualifies as a Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) protection device.

If so, how do I apply for a position as Q.C. inspector?

Keith, don't you know that silicone is a man's best friend?

Also, SINCE WHEN are you opposed to "modifications"????

Yes, I'm a BIG fan of "enhancements", LOL! And speaking from experience, you can't feel the difference, and isn't that the point, modifications that look and feel stock??

Eric,

"Look and feel stock"? If they all looked like that stock, there wouldn't be any need for "enhancements"! And I leave you with this thought.......

Back to topic...

Sadly, the recommended solution doesn't apply to Executive hardtops (and others, too, BTW).

Anyway, it looks very good in this application (and I refer to the belt

In the immortal words of one of our more prolific Comrads, and i quote: "Now that you've had your fun and humor, let me bring us back to the original topic for a moment,..."

Gufaw hahahahahaha.

AS for the Hard Tops, take a look at the next pic. The green line shows the production hole used for the sedan shoulder strap. MAYBE one of the holes shown in the RED box suits the HT models too????? Could one of those holes be used???? DOWN side is disturbing the headliner. SOmething i wouldn't do unless i had to disturb the headliner for some other reason.
