Is there a shop manual available here on line for the 1955 Packard Caribbean?
Any information is appreciated
Walter

Same manual for all V8 55-56 cars. Nothing was specific to the Caribbean.https://packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/article/view.article.php?119 The link will take you to the page where you can download the individual sections.

Some of the information in the shop manual was superceeded or corrected in the Technical Service Bulletins and Service Counselors, two other factory publications on service-related matters. So you may want to browse them as well.

Walt -

I've been compiling a master index to that supplemental service information for this site, with topics organized by service manual categories and entries hot-linked to scans of documents, where available.

The 1955-56 Service Index probably contains no more than half a dozen unique topics that are specific to the Caribbean. However, many topics for the Patrician and Four Hundred may be applicable, as well. So, get familiar with the chassis numbers, as described in the service manual and parts book.
