The 1940 180,
Was the top welded, or did it have a padded top? I can't tell if it has a rear vent window, or if that was part of a padded top.

What a hideous mess that '40 180 Formal Sedan is! As JC notes, sad on so many levels. One wonders what condition it was in when it fell into the hands of those vandals. A modern powertrain and gold plated brightwork tells us all we need to know about the owner's taste.....a dream car? Still, hope someone is able to rescue what's left. Steve
