The coupe, hands down. 110's are the bottom of the line and aren't particularly attractive (I own a '40 110 sedan) .

Personally, I'd always go with the eight. I'm not a big fan of coupes because of their limited use but they do look nice. If you've got some patience, hang in there, the eight sedans from the late thirties turn up for sale quite regularly.
