I am new to Packards but I am going to look at a 1933 Super Eight (I think) sedan which is partially restored. Is there a site to find official colors of 1933 Packards. This is 142 inch sedan. would that be considered a 1003 or 1004. Thanks.

G'day Jvsb,
to PackardInfo. Sorry, can't advise on the colour question but I'm sure there will be others who can.

If you purchase the '33 Super 8 Sedan, I invite you to include it in the Packard Owner's Registry here on PackardInfo.

I don't see a set of chips for 1933 among the many sets available to view on PackardInfo.com but I did find a list of the available colors by name here and on the PAC website.

I believe the chassis would be a 1004 based on the information in the 'Packard Model Info' section of this site. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will correct me.
