I have no idea what an "ornimate" is but the thing in the photo has nothing whatsoever to do with Packard! It is a cheap over the counter knockoff.

My observation is whomever did the customization on the 23rd series went to a heck of a lot of effort - I doubt this was a backyard hack job. Would be interesting to know the history...

As beautiful as the 1940 110 is, it appears to have a mixture of early and later 1940 production parts. For example, the bumpers look like the early type while it has the later type trunk emblem and wheel covers. On the wheel covers, can anyone refresh my memory as to whether I have it backward that the covers with the Packard name through the center were early or later? This car has Packard inside the black ring which I believe it later but I'm not sure anymore.
