Can some identify what these pouches were used for and the approx years they were used? Tool pouch? Owner Manual cover?

I don't recall ever seeing that motto in any Packard literature or advertising. If Packard, I would think would be pre war as well since most everything post I have seen was not quite as refined when it came to the finer points such as bags, boxes or assorted bound literature. Can you tell what material was used to make them?

EDIT: Re your other post, since it was from a 20's dealership, wonder if it might be something his grandfathers dealership had made up. It seems to me that would be exactly something a quality Packard, Cadillac, Pierce or other luxury brand dealer would do to accompany a car costing 10 times as much as another one might.

Can't say for certain but kinda remember them being made 30 years ago. The logos were never right.

Do you you know who and where the dealer was located? Maybe a local library, historical society or Museum there might have some info which could help?

G'day all, I would suggest that the pouches may have nothing at all to do with the Packard Automobile. I have a circa 1896 Packard pedal organ with the Packard script. I also remember Packard shoes available in Sydney the early 1960's. In the early to mid 1900's, there was not as much focus on "Trade Marks" such as the Packard Script. Many enterprises traded with goods, using famous "Trade Marks" such as Packard, to gain some edge from an existing prestigious product.
The Packard Script on the pouch is not a very good copy and the tail of the Script is quite unlike the genuine Packard Script. My suggestion is that the pouches were a promotional product for something other than Packard Automobiles. Best Regards Peter Toet

That's a good point about the organ. Is the pouch large enough to hold sheet music? I would also think the quality of material and construction methods might tell a tale.

They are leather, and came from a collection of material that was donated to the website. The person who donated the materials Grandfather owned a Packard dealership between 1911-1928. The pouches a slightly larger in size than a typical owner's manual. These could have been made for for his dealership. That maybe way the font is not right if they were made through a non-Packard corporate source.
