The Golden Anniversary model refer to the 23rd Series normally. Just look inside at the drawings - the trim differences should make it easy to tell which book you have.

sweet find make sure you compleetly overhaul your brakes! dont trust any one you wont make my mistake lol :) im looking for some fenders for my 1953 packard 300 if you know any one. just the drivers side more so

Congrats on your acquisition!
I, too have a 22nd series Super Eight, so I may have gone through some of the issues you may be about to experience. Please feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance. What is the condition of the bumpers/grill? Mine are badly in need of rechroming, and my medallion on the grill is chipped. I'm also looking for one headlight trim ring. My door handles are badly pitted too. Please let me know. Good luck, and welcome aboard!
