I have an address for Seattle Packards used by paypal but was wondering if that would be a regular correspondence address or is it special only to accept payments. Anyone using paypal to accept payments care to educate me on that aspect of their service?

Before using the address I have for an inquiry about some more items I am looking for does anyone have a current working address for David that might be preferred for business?

Use paypal all the time. You can transfer money to people at no charge, if you mark it a certain way. I believe you need their checking account number. There may be other ways. If they are enrolled in Paypal, I think just their email address and you can send funds.

The address isn't for sending funds but just a regular address to send an inquiry to see if he has some items. Just curious if the addresses are one and the same and if not. is there a correspondence address.

David Moe is listed in the PAC Directory and shows a phone number, but not an address.

Having said that, I suppose it's possible that someone could have an email address solely for Pay-Pal. I'd just send him a message to that address and add a read receipt to see if it's active.
