In the ad it also says "is missing a headliner" in which case it might be easier to verify its construction as a Club Sedan? Also looks to have '40 Senior taillights(I think?), and cloissone hubcaps. Pretty sure this one has been commented on previously.

Good afternoon Mal...Yes, I believe we have seen this girl before and perhaps for a bit more money. She may have been 'updated' in a few areas...but a nice old girl to 'take to the dance', non-the-less. If only these old girls could talk and tell us about their experiences!
