I have had another 160 and this car in the pictures has several things the other car did not have radio with antenna on left side the other 1 had the antenna in the center. This car also has a heater under the dash and under the seat and also has overdrive a big plus for me. Also i was never able to find a zell dealership in Washington so I was wondering about that

I believe that the front splasher was a part-year thing, but that rear splasher was always used. One version of the front license holder is incompatible with a front splasher. Can't say for 100% sure.

radio antenna could be either way, except on convertibles...me thinks dealer install would be left side vs roof factory install. just my guess..

Wasn't Zell in Baltimore MD? I has been years, but a young fellow that stayed at our little motel said Zell was his grandfather.

I found two listings in the Dealership List for Zell in Baltimore, but none for the District of Columbia.

My formerly owned 55 Clipper Super Sedan was sold new by Zell in Baltimore.

I have document photos with and without but having them is highly desired. Below is an original 41 160 with the single Trippe light option and the splashers. I don't know where the parts are listed in the parts book. That would clarify the issue hopefully. For example, Packard called the hood ornament the "winged girl". I throw that in for the benefit of those who call the Pelican/Cormorant a swan. Freedom of speech!

I took the top off the trans because it will jump out of 1st gear I found it has a bad bearing and will need to come out. that may be the reason it was parked years ago. I also took a few other pictures
