Packard Trunk, need help

I bought this Packard Trunk and I need help in Identify the trunk. I also need to know where I can buy supplies to restore the trunk. I hope you can see the pictures.
The trunk is covered in black leather with a diamond shape up front.
The locks say,USA Excelisour Stanford, Conn
number 121 Patent number is 1552678

The is no other emblems or stickers.
