For Sale 1937 1094CD Touring Coupe
For sale is my unrestored 1937 Touring Coupe: Car is still being worked on currently. Body nearly rust free with minimal body work needed on roof corners.
Included are:
Options
Dual Side mounts and Fenders. (Missing most of the hardware that attaches to the Body however)
Banjo Steering Wheel
Clock
Deluxe Heater Assembly - 3 parts main blower, dash defroster, and lower horn
Deluxe Radio Assembly - 3 parts Head, Speaker, and Box
CD Items
Nickel plated door latches.
Re-chromed Senior door handles
Reproduction Senior Shift Knob
Nickel plated steering column. (needs replating)
Inside Door wings Newly wood grained
Sylphon Shutter grille, radiator, linkage and 2 thermostats (that needs rebuilt)
Missing CD parts Senior ashtrays and rear seat has rear seat but no center armrest. I have one on my 138 limo for patterns to fabricate from normal 1937 rear seat.
New Parts:
Rhode Island Wiring main wiring harness. “Good used taillight wiring harnesses”
Window glass, Windshield, rear window, door windows, and vent windows. Missing rear side windows. Was bought for a 3-window coupe that has been sold.
Various Steel rubber parts See pictures.
All engine parts and accessories. Engine block in car shows it has been welded, another date correct block included.
NORS exhaust system.
Reproduction battery box
Used Parts included:
Good driver quality hood chrome: no breaks
All nice door and window handles.
All new wood for roof (Not installed)
Miscellaneous:
7 wheels
4 of 6 wheel trim rings
5 Packard Motor Car hubcaps and 2 Packard 120 Hubcaps.

Price reduced to 10,000 Don

I have come to the conclusion there is not a market for this car. I will part it out. I will gather all the CD items and sell those as a group. All other parts I will sell separately. Heater and radio assy's will be sold each as a set. A lot of the parts will be sold in the parts section of info.com With the rare hard to find stuff sold on an another on-line auction.

I’m definitely interested in trunk hinges and may be interested in the horns since what I have aren’t quite correct. I’m also interested in the rubber parts you have shown. Also, if you have the air cleaner, I’m definitely interested.

I’m sure there are other parts I need, but that’s what I can think of right now.

Don - please do not part this car out. As a complete project is just needs to wait for the right buyer. Either that, or, dare I say it, sell it for a restorod project.

Fast sale, maybe not, but there should be a "right buyer" out there.

Wish I was more capable and not broke. :( I do hate to see decent cars get parted but totally get wanting to get some money out of it. Maybe worth seeing if there's someone out there who you could go lower on price that intends to not just restore and turn around and sell but wants a project and keeper car.

I had a lot of sports memorabilia (yes, not as valuable as a whole car, but good $) that I ended up giving to a good home instead of slowly trickling out my collection to those just wanting for reselling. I feel like the value for the long haul was better that way. Hope someone can step up and give it a good home.

If I had the space I would love to take on a project like this. Love the '37's and love the coupes. The price is not too bad I think, especially with the parts included. Lots of work still too be done but would be a fun project.

Problem is I have three cars I'm working on at my place and have completely run out of room. One will be heading to brother in law soon. The others will take up space in the shop during winter white I try to find space for other vehicles to keep out of the weather. Not enough space for a protect of this caliber.

But I were to take something like this on, I would definitely keep it.
