If your 700R4 has an electronic speed sender Dakota Digital has an adapter to go from electric to cable for about $300

Most all N/A built cars speedometers are calibrated for 1000 revolutions per mile, so all should be good

Alan, I think you mean ost 1000rpm = 60 mph.Some are 2000, like Hudson, Harley Davidson.

The 39 Packard is a Stewart Warner, 1000 RPM is 60 mph.
