The head is missing, so it's not running. So in a sense, anti skid control.

Found this on the bottom of the Texas Packard meet website:

1933 Eight 5-passenger coupe
The owner bought it to modify, but decided that it was just too nice an example of an original car. He wants $45,000 for it. He is in the Tulsa Oklahoma area. His phone number is 775-842-4282

It would be wonderful for that '33 coupe for 5 passengers (coupe Victoria) to fall into loving hands. It was an uncommon body style when new (≈ 4% of production, rarer than convertible coupes), and very desirable today. It's a shame that some survivors of these were chopped and converted into convertible victorias for the sake of profit.

The 1922 "cape top" by Brunn is a pretty well-known car. Some pictures of when it was being prepped at Automotive Restorations here in NJ for it's Pebble reliability run. Interesting little story about it's performance on that run - it broke down at one point as one of the two resistors in the Bijur ignition system failed but it was again made roadworthy by using a piece of street debris (broken small saw blade) wedged between the terminals. Note the absence of doors for the rear seat compartment.

Built for a Pennsylvania coal baron as I recall. Just in a remarkable state of preservation.

Proud 1953 Clipper Deluxe owner. Thinking about my next Packard, want a Clipper Deluxe Eight, manual shift with overdrive.

I remember this car in Warren in 1999. I had the pleasure of talking with Phil Hill, who was sitting in the back seat.
