JUST FINISHED HONING THE BRAKE MASTER CYL AND REPLACING THE CUPS IN THE WHEEL CYLINDERS. 1-1/16 IN FRONT AND 15/16 IN THE REAR. WHATS THE TRANS AND THE REAR TAKE FOR LUBE, WILL A MULTI VISCOSITY 60/90 BE OK.

If you check Packard's lube specifications, I think it will show that 60/90 gear oil is MUCH too thin. They probably recommended 140 in summer and 90 in winter. I'd use an EP SAE85W/140 year-round, same as we use in almost all Packards after the advent of the Angleset rear axle.
