Kev,

Presume you're taking in the Art Deco Festival at Napier then going on whatever Rally the South Pacific Packard Club has organised which follows the Art Deo Festival. I enjoyed the Art Deco and their Top of the South tour in 2014, I'm sure you'll enjoy this one.

Mal, yes to both! With stops planned between Auckland and Napier.

This year it's more the Bottom of the North so to speak. We will be "home based" around Masterson after Art Deco Fest.

How does the fuel line route in the rear from the outside of the frame to the tank?

I am still looking for pictures of how the fuel line transitions from the outside of the frame rail to the tank. If anyone with a 120 or 115 can assist, that would be grateful.

Here are some photos of the fuel line with the tank removed, going from rear to front.
From the connection on the fuel sender, the line goes under the frame cross member and in front of the fuel tank right mounting bracket then bends under the frame rail to follow the kick up above the rear axle with clips tight to the frame then bends straight away from the frame and above the rear body mount to clips on the rear and front running board braces with a standoff clip halfway between. There is a pair of bends still away from the frame to pass under the rear of the front fender then straight to the bulkead fitting.

It's 12v now because of the Jag motor.

The fuel line frame bulk head fitting has arrived. For future reference, the part number is 302990.

Got the seats back in and found our why they don't want to slide. First issue was that bolts through the floor were pigeon toe'd to one another front to back. So this causes the tracks to bind when trying to slide it forward. So I had to elongate some of the track holes to compensate.

With this the seat frame slid just fine. Put the seat cushion back in, and once again wouldn't slide. Problem is that the seat back sides are rubbing on the sail panel pieces. Looking at it it because when the rear deck plywood piece was replaced in the past. The side pieces that wrap around the seats are to narrow in relation to seat back width. So it basically wedges the seat in that position. So I'll need to trim that wood a bit.

Anyway, I folded the top frame as I kept banging my head on it while messing with seat.

Also, I got the hood back on so I can start aligning the front sheetmetal.

Can someone with '37 115/120 Convertible or Coupe give me the measurement of the from the back bottom edge of the fender to bottom back edge of the tail light base, along the fender peak?

The replacement fenders I got are from a sedan and do not have the hole drilled. I can't just the measurements from my old fenders since they were altered.
