Hi chaps
I'm bringing the family over to Orlando Florida for 2 weeks in July and wondered if anyone had recommendations for Packard / classic car related jaunts. I'm planning to go to Fort Lauderdale to see the Packard museum there - keen to have a good look at their 645 Phaeton. Just wondered if there are other places I should go in and around Orlando. Thanks

Ft Lauderdale is 200+ plus miles from Orlando but really worth the visit. I was there last year and took this album of not great pic's, they don't allow flash photography(well, that's my excuse). Pic's of the 645 from #440.
Couple of other museums I visited, closer to Orlando, were at Ocala about 80 miles away. Depends if your automotive interests are wider ranging but the Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing and National Parts Depot(a private museum so you'll need to contact the owner to gain access, PM me for details) are also worth seeing. Garlits museum has one Packard while National Parts Depot has three Packards.
