Hard to believe that Constellation drives "great" with the Torsion Level screwed up like that!

Yeah no kidding. I can't stand seeing pictures of Packards for sale with the suspension obviously inoperable. Who would buy a car that is sitting like a stink bug? I wish they would fix the issue before offering it for sale.

Especially when it's listed for what in my opinion is over value.

Hi. Haven't been on this forum for a while. Spotted some interesting Packards on FB Marketplace today:

1942 Clipper Sedan. Looks solid, but will need full restoration. Asking $2,500. Idaho:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/413020904990894/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A8c99c8cb-995b-4c42-8e13-99b77e134d49

1940 110 Coupe. Has been streetrodded with a Chrysler 440 out of a 1970's Imperial. Needs a lot of cosmetics, but body looks reasonably straight. Probably overpriced at $9K. Oregon:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2102323056805319/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A8c99c8cb-995b-4c42-8e13-99b77e134d49

1935 1205 Sedan. Restored car with original interior. Looks very nice, but I don't care for the incorrect two-tone paint scheme (blue with black fenders). Wish people would not paint these cars like this. Asking $58K. Car located in Seattle, WA area:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/455059083639131/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A8c99c8cb-995b-4c42-8e13-99b77e134d49

1955 Clipper Custom Constellation. Rough trashed and bashed parts car. Windshield is knocked out. Appears it is in a salvage yard with several other 1950's Packards. Seller asking $1,400. Wyoming:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/692695408689721/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A8c99c8cb-995b-4c42-8e13-99b77e134d49

1938 Six Sedan. Very solid original car with original paint and a more than decent looking original interior. Original ID decal still readable on firewall. Seller asking $18K. Car located in VA:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/966896504901040/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A673f59af-b0dd-46c2-9fa9-a4f7d5a1b348

1929 626 Coupe. Solid looking original car. Runs and drives. Ad states engine was rebuilt sometime in the 1960's and has good oil pressure. I really like this one. Seller asking $19,500. Rhode Island:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1583083569152023/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A673f59af-b0dd-46c2-9fa9-a4f7d5a1b348

1937 115C Touring Sedan. Rough unrestored. Interior totally trashed, but outer sheet metal does not look too bad. May be more of a parts car than a resto project, but what do you think? Asking $1,500. New Hampshire

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/410011948588943/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A673f59af-b0dd-46c2-9fa9-a4f7d5a1b348

1939 Six Opera Coupe. Restored with new paint and interior. Interior is nice, but two tone paint scheme is incorrect. See some poorly done body work around the trunk lid area. Seller asking $18K. Pennsylvania:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/479702711283350/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A673f59af-b0dd-46c2-9fa9-a4f7d5a1b348

1951 Henney hearse low rider street rod. Love the ad photos taken in a cemetery. 2024 World of Wheels award winner. Seller asking $17,900. Located in Indianapolis, IN.

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/409870755201957/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3Ac27e0444-c0c4-4fa0-b0f6-e58bc32a8831

1933 1001 Convertible Coupe. Partially restored but has a long way to go to completion. Still, definitely a worthy project. Asking $57,500. Ohio:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/2066679823701697/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3Ac27e0444-c0c4-4fa0-b0f6-e58bc32a8831

1939 1703 Super Eight Sedan and 1940 180 Super Eight Sedan. Cars do look relatively solid and complete. Package deal. Both cars for $12,500. Some work completed but obviously will need full restorations. Seller states over $24K invested. Oregon:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/407486435434130?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3Aede652c9-b443-44f9-95e9-ee09f14f2529

1957 Clipper Town Sedans. Another two for one deal. Looks like you could make one good car out of what is there and have a lot of parts left over. Only $1,500 for both cars. Includes two NOS quarter panels and rechromed bumpers. Idaho:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/773439144849895/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A21fc3ddc-e4d1-4893-b0fb-fae41198d05c
