Search of Oakes lock found these posts on PackardInfo. Probably not helpful, but I tried.  Also these posts on the AACA Website and these on the PAC Website. While these are on US eBay!

Thanks Mal, I will keep looking, it looks the reproduction ones that Henry Yeska used to sell are not being made any more.
