Maybe there is some relevant info here

packardinfo.com/xoops/html/modules/archive/contentlist.php?catID=10

Starting in 51 if not before, this was covered in the manual, so you can reference those.

Generally at least one side of trim comes off, then you cut or unsealed the rubber around 3 sides. I don't really know anything on the 41's but I can't imagine it's much different than any other flat glass cars.

Wing window probably you need to take off the door car and it will be held on with screws in the front or middle inside of the door, but just a guess.

The rear lite (above the trunk) is not flat glass - it's curved. Be careful!

Someone else will need to say if the windows in a 120 conventional body remove in the same way as they do in the Clipper bodies.

If they do, since the Clippers were almost unchanged postwar and were the base for the facelifted 48-50 models door, vent, and front and back glass removal is covered reasonably well in the body section of the 46-50 service manual.

On the coupes the rear window is held to the body by the inner window molding. Remove the screws and push the window and weatherstrip into the car. I'm betting the sedans are the same.

Your response is interesting and I would like to be able to discuss the window situation with you more. Would it be possible for you to call me at 618 833 0531.
