Martin	53 Convertable	#1

Trouble is, I can't quite tell what model it is. It doesn't carry the three Mayfair emblems on the rear fenders, and it doesn't have the hood slot like the Caribbean sports. The VN tag is missing. The Briggs number is 2679 2972. Can I assume that it's a 2679 body type? Thanks! I'll be back with more questions as I try to wrap this restoration up. I will take a look at some of the archive photos and see if I can 100% verify that. I would like to see a factory photo with the '53 grille and the Jet Louvers used at the same time.
