Hello All:

I found this photo athttp://www.shorpy.com/node/10350

It is a photo taken in 1908 on Robert St. in downtown St. Paul, MN.

I checked the photo archives on this website and it seems the 1908 model headlamps did not have the handle/bail over the top of the brass headlamp, so I assume it is a 1907 Packard.

You can click onto the link to download a nice, large photo that you can zoom in on.

I always like seeing old Packards in period photos.

I like all the horse crap in the street.

When I worked in New York City I walked past the police stables everyday and the stink was terrible.

The Model T was praised as an environmental savior.

I wonder how Mrs. Vanderbilt would explain her screwy anal retention in a city that stunk to high heaven.

Talk about co-incidences, there's now this 1907 Packard in the Recent Photos column.

Want more of a coincidence? That photo you provided a link to was submitted by me to BigKev and I also started this thread.

Don't know how I got hooked on '07s these past few days. I happened to see that original photo on eBay of Col. Waldon and bought it on a BIN. Waldon has a road out here named after him and also built a country mansion not far from where we will be holding the 2013 PAC National Meet. We are trying to arrange a visit to the mansion to show our guests how Packard vice Presidents lilved.
