What Gerd is saying is that it's only necessary to post once in the appropriate Forum, in your case the For Sale & Wanted Forum. No need for other posts here in the General Forum or in the Post War Forum.

oh, i did not know that. i was just trying to maximize my exposure which is a general practice when selling something. the way i was looking at is that if someone is not interested in purchasing they wouldnt be looking in the classified, but if they were to see it in the other forums, they might know of someone who would be interested in checking it out. for this reason,i chose not to post any pictures in the forums other than the classifids and left all the information in the ad. also, you know how we car guys are, a tight knit community, we are always trying to find stuff not only for ourselves but our friends as well.if you find this offensive, i am sorry. hope you can understand i am just trying to find someone who can appreciate and purchase the vehicles i am selling...thanks, dan

Dan,

Understand your reasons for doing what you did.

Might help too if you included prices in your thread on the For Sale Forum. I, for one, consider this is a basic element of any For Sale ad. And a link to the For Sale Rules/Guidelines.
