I'm definitely not the expert but going on what info I can get from here and another Packard website this car on Ebay doesn't appear to have the correct interior. I guess it could be just me or maybe the pics are hard to tell but doesn't it appear to be more of a modern style interior? It does seem that there is some debate as to what was actually offered for that year. What I mean is--it doesn't appear to the correct material.

None of the wool broadcloth in my Packards show 'brush marks' like the material in that '46. I think the wide pleated seat pattern was used on the Deluxe Clipper, but the seat back I believe was plain and not pleated.

Its an OK job in velour but with some oddly mismatched panels and lackluster tailoring. Even when Packard used boring fabrics in that era, the tailoring was always first rate with no puckers.

Was this an inexpensive Packard or an aftermarket heater? Only Packard heaters I remember were brown. I have one for the 21st series labeled defroster and foot warmer & looks quite different. Believe that is a complement to the underseat heater. Which is correct?
