1940 Packard 110 carburator

I understand that the correct Carburator for a 1940 One Ten is a Stromberg model BXOV-26. Out of ignorance, if I look for that carb model, will I get the exact carb I need for a 110? In other words, ventury measurements, base, linkages, etc will be the same in all BXOV-26 models?

not exactly...the bxov was also used on some other cars, such as studebaker, so while the model of the carburetor will be correct, the linkage mounts, jets, etc will be different. If you want, I will look and see if I have a correct carb... if so my price for a good used rebuildable carb would be $100.40, plus shipping.
