If not, please sharpen the image yet again, twice. And.....More of a rhetorical question, can the superimposed "2011 PackardInfo.com River Fun Run" sticker be removed? Yes/No? To be a platform for carrying and launching missiles would be a special purpose, no doubt. But the social evolution of the population of the planet we live on was so crazy that even rocket launchers on wheels are almost common. Would love to be mistaken. We could be millionaires with five Packards in front of the house, all of them driven by straight whisky.
