An interesting decorative statement. There are a few changes under the hood as well.

There looks to be an upper cylinder oiler near the wiper motor (first glance thought it was a transplanted Bijur) and for the added decorative touch, what appears to be spiral wrap on some of the lines. Wonder what's up with the added metal tubing, one looks to be in front of the oiler and another connected to a long loop of plastic tubing going into a plastic bottle near the fender.

Am I missing something or is it not a 1951, not a 1952?

i have a 52 200 deluxe . Mine has the teeth in the grill but otherwise the same.

the plastic hose looks like he is trying to get gas from other than the fuel pump. squirted in through that plastic bottle.

I saw that on craigslist last week. I almost bought it just to save it from the humiliation.

It is not, however, the original Green Bay Packard which is (if I remember) a 37 sedan in matte green with running gear that has been modified to individual taste.
